Stage 3 Water Restrictions

Customers will comply with the requirements and mandatory restrictions on non-essential and other water uses as provided below. Specific measures to be implemented during this stage will be determined by the Board, or official designee.

The Board, or official designee, may also take other actions not listed, if deemed necessary. All requirements of Frisco West Drought Contingency Plan 2026.pdfStage 1 & 2 shall remain in effect during this Stage 3, plus the following incremental or new measures:

- Violations in this Stage 3 observed and documented by the System Manager shall incur penalties as follows:

o First-time violations will incur a $100.00 fine.

o Second-time violations will incur a $250.00 fine.

o Third-time violations and any subsequent violations will incur a $350.00 fine and disconnection of water pursuant to the District’s Rate Order.

- Unpaid assessed fines related to violations of water use restrictions shall incur late payment penalties and may result in termination of water service.
